Here’s a little recipe I’ve been wanting to try. ┬áIt’s basically fermented apple juice (with some added concentrate to up the apple flavor).

Recipe:

  • ~5 gallons apple juice
  • 2 cans apple juice concentrate
  • 1 packet Montrachet yeast

It’s really that simple.
